I can’t begin to explain how delicious these meals are. I’ve been fortunate enough to hear about chef swole through a friend and I’ve been ordering ever since. Clean lean choices along with flavors you don’t find in most healthy food diets. Customer service is excellent and my deliveries are never late. If you haven’t tried Meals by Chef Swole yet I urge you to at least try it once, you won’t regret it!

Chef Swole's meal delivery has been a game changer for us, saving us HOURS of time prepping and cleaning up from meals. If there's ever an issue, you can text or email the chef himself and he'll respond personally, which is very different than the bigger nationwide chains. Prices are also more affordable than the big guys and because meals are hand-delivered and not shipped in the mail, there are never any problems with items getting messy in transit. Highly recommend!
Meals by Chef Swole have been incredible! We are headed into our 4th week of ordering meals and zero complaints. We have been using their macro service and working with our trainer in preparation for our wedding. The food is delicious and very well priced for the overall service. I save so much time and eat so well! I haven’t yet had the same thing twice. It’s easy to skip weeks when traveling, and the Sunday am delivery time is very convenient. There has only been one time when the meals arrived outside the delivery window. The staff are accommodating and friendly via email and when delivering. I’ve been able to adjust my calorie preferences a couple of times with ease. I freeze meals I don’t get to during the week so have extra after traveling. I am not kidding that I tell everyone about this company!

I’ve been using Meals by Chef Swole for almost three years this time and two years a previous time (I had to move away for two years for the military). These meals are great and better than some of the more national services. Prices are reasonable, food is healthy and delicious, and I prefer helping a local business too. Yo I can’t go wrong here!
After having my baby and graduating from school I found that I had less time to do all the things I wanted/needed to do, so we began looking into outsourcing some household tasks, first of which was cooking lol after some light research, my husband and I found this meal prep company and we decided to give it a try, we were blown away! What a wonderful experience, the cost, service, and most importantly, the food was excellent! It was fresh, on time, and nicely packaged! We’re so excited to try all that Chef Swole makes for us if that first meal we tried is any indicator. We got a whole Sunday back to ourselves instead of cooking all day. We’re very pleased!

I cannot say enough good things about Chef Swoles meal service!! The meals are fresh, and the ingredients are sourced locally and are organic. The portions are a good size and actually worth what you are paying for. The quality of the meal is outstanding and nourishing, unlike the mush other food services try to sell. And the macro information is pertinent for me to stay on track without having to meal prep myself. It is perfect if you are busy and don’t have time to meal prep, it is great for those who are tired of cooking/eating the same thing over and over as his menu changes weekly. I wish we had found him sooner! He is also very accommodating if you have any allergies, with a quick email he is able to restructure your meals for the week. Thank you Chef Swole!
